how to cook yakisoba
- Materials:
- Meals for 1 person
- 150 g chicken (skin removed and thinly sliced)
- 30 g onion (thinly sliced)
- 30 g carrots (cut lengthwise)
- 30 g paprika (sliced)
- 60 g cabbage cut into 2 inches
- 30 g sprouts (wash and drain)
- 20 g (2 sticks) scallions
- 20 g oil
- 180 g yakisoba noodles

- Yakisoba sauce:
- 30 g oyster sauce
- 40 g worcestershire sauce
Preparation Method
- Making Yakisoba sauce
- Combine oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce and honey in a bowl.
- Set aside.
- Saute onions, carrots and peppers
- Add oil in a skillet and heat over medium heat. First, cook the meat until it is brown.
- Add onions, carrots and pepper.
- Mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Saute onions, carrots and peppers
- Add vegetables
- Then add the cabbage and scallions and cook until tender. Once watery, add the sprouts.
- Slowly add the ramen and stir under the vegetables over low heat. Cook for 2 minutes or until noodles are cooked through.
- When the noodles are tender, add the yakisoba sauce and mix everything together for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
